Our Story
A Family Dream That Became a Community Legacy
Absolute Best Appliance began in 1999 when Danny and Annamarie Felts made a life-changing decision: to build a business rooted in family, community, integrity, and service.
Danny was working as a GE appliance technician, often on weekends, evenings, and holidays. The long hours meant missing family moments. Annamarie also worked full-time, juggling work and raising children.
They wanted something better for their family and their community.
So they took the leap, and Absolute Best Appliance was born.

The Early Days
Like many great family businesses, Absolute Best Appliance began small. In those early days, Danny handled every service call himself, driving from home to home, fixing appliances with the same care and honesty he’d want for his own family. While he was on the road, Annamarie managed the office from their home, taking calls, scheduling appointments, and keeping the business running smoothly.
Their house became the company headquarters, and their commitment to hard work and doing things the right way guided every decision. Customers felt that difference immediately. Families in Clarksville appreciated having a technician who showed up on time, explained the issue clearly, and treated their home with respect, and they noticed the warmth and sincerity in every interaction.
Those early experiences created the foundation for what Absolute Best Appliance would become: a trusted local company built on reliability, genuine care, and service you can feel good about inviting into your home.

Growing With Purpose
In 2008, their son Jesse joined the business, contributing to expansion before eventually launching his own appliance repair company in Florida.
In 2009, their son-in-law JT Ferrell joined the team while completing his studies at Austin Peay State University. After earning his law degree, he chose to stay with ABA, becoming co-owner and helping lead the next chapter of growth.
In 2016, ABA moved from a home office to a professional storefront, one of the most important milestones in the company’s history.
